Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what rights you have over it. The site is built to collect as little as possible: it has no cookies, no tracking systems and no analytics.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Yuval Zohar, the business owner and operator of this site. For any privacy question you can reach me at the email address at the bottom of this page.
What data is collected
The only information actively collected is what you choose to send through the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
In addition, like any website, the hosting servers may briefly store basic technical data (such as an IP address) for security and proper operation. It is not used to identify or track you.
How the data is used
Form data is used for one purpose only: to get back to you and move forward with the inquiry you started. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form, and taking steps toward a possible engagement at your request. Your data is not used for marketing, and no mailings are sent without separate consent.
Sharing with third parties
The contact form is powered by an external service called Formspree, whose servers are located in the United States. This means the details you send are processed and stored through that service outside your country of residence, subject to Formspree's privacy policy and safeguards.
The site is hosted on a cloud service (Cloudflare Pages). Other than these services, your data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
How long data is kept
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ongoing communication. You can ask me to delete your data at any time, and I will act on it subject to legal limits.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the data stored about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to use of your data or withdraw consent you gave
Data security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and I take reasonable measures to protect your data. That said, no transmission of data over the internet is 100 percent secure, and absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
