ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 16, 2026
I believe my website should be open to everyone, including people with disabilities. I have made an effort to make this site accessible in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli standard IS 5568, as a voluntary commitment.
Level of accessibility
The site was designed and built to meet common accessibility guidelines. Accessibility has been tested and found to work across most components, and I continue to improve it on an ongoing basis.
What's accessible on the site
The site includes the following accessibility features:
- Full keyboard navigation, with no need for a mouse
- Screen reader support (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Proper language and text-direction declarations
- A skip link that jumps straight to the main content
- Sufficient color contrast and readable text
- Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference
- A dedicated accessibility toolbar for personalizing the display
The accessibility toolbar
There is an accessibility button in the corner of the screen (you can also open it with the Alt + A keyboard shortcut). Through it you can adapt the display to your needs: highlight links, contrast modes, larger text, wider line spacing, a readable font, highlighted headings, a large cursor and stopping animations.
The toolbar saves your preferences in your own browser only, and collects no information about you. It is a comfort tool that changes the display for you, not a tool that fixes the site automatically.
Known limitations
Some portfolio images currently have generic alternative text, and I am in the process of replacing them with more precise descriptions. Some videos are marketing materials produced for clients and do not always include full captions. If you come across an element that isn't accessible, I'd be glad to hear about it and fix it.
